First we will show and explain to you how the mind works - Local Style. This gives you the foundation to make an informed decision on whether to let things go or not? It’s your choice. The explanation and information is simple and easy to understand.
Once you make the choice to release your negative thoughts and emotions, we will teach you a process, to assist you in “clearing”, that is easily understood.
Negative Emotions, such as:
- Anger and sadness
- Fear, hurt, and guilt
Limiting Beliefs, such as:
- Fear of failure
- Fear of rejection
- Fear of abandonment
- Feelings of being undeserving or unworthy
You will learn how to use the process for yourself as well as with others.

“Do I have something to “clear” or let go of? How do I know?”
The answer is simple. If you can think of an event from the past that still has negative emotions attached to it, then you haven’t let it go or resolved it within yourself.
The way you know you have resolved or “cleared” it, is that when you think about the event, it feels pono (right) in your pu`u wai (heart) and na`au (inner knowing). It’s that simple.
Here’s a little information on how the mind works.
Ask yourself this question.
Are negative emotions, like anger, sadness, fear, hurt or guilt good or bad?
Answer: All emotions serve a positive intention.
Negative emotions set your boundaries and lets you know something is not right. However, holding onto negative emotions physically weakens the body. You know this to be true. It doesn’t feel pono (right). That’s why we need to get them out!
